Anti TB&PNB Kit® is a susceptibility test kit of mycobacterial isolates to major antituberculosis drugs.
Anti TB&PNB Kit® provides all the necessary materials ready to use, thus saving effort and time.
TB Medium® is a differential medium used for rapid determination of mycobacterial growth. The growth in TB Medium® is compared to media containing antimicrobial drugs (INH, Rifampin, Streptomycin, Ethambutol) for typing and susceptibility testing.
MOTT (Mycobacterium other than tuberculosis) species is determined by the growth in TB PNB® medium. Inhibition by TB PNB® indicates that the isolate belongs to the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex group. Inhibition by any of the antituberculosis drugs indicates sensitivity to that drug.
